Join Danielle and Caroline for this intention setting workshop where they will lead you through a 45-minute Slow Flow practice followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice and Sound Bath. 

 

Our Slow Flow practice will be taught for all-levels allowing everyone to experience the practice they need. Caroline will lead us through a Yoga Nidra ending with an ethereal Sound Bath. Not sure what Yoga Nidra is? Check out our blog post about it here.

All props needed are available at the studio. You may want to bring a sweater or long-sleeved shirt for Yoga Nidra.
