All-Levels Hatha Yoga 

All-Levels Hatha Yoga is a calming, stress-reducing yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. This yoga class designed to guide clients new to yoga into the practice while allowing more seasoned practitioners to adjust the practice to suit their individual needs.

Yoga postures, known as asanas, are practiced at a slower pace with attention to individualizing the practice to meet all students’ needs. These asanas and conscious breathing allows practitioners to develop awareness of the physical body, build strength and flexibility, restore and maintain the natural mobility of the joints and provide relaxation. Yoga props--blankets, blocks, and straps-- will be used to help students modify poses as needed.

Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
