Yoga poses like balance challenge and warrior flow that will help build self-confidence.
Brain basics and how yoga and mindfulness helps you learn and grow.
Skills for living and learning, like mindful listening, positive self-talk, self-compassion and empathy for others.
Over the course of four weeks each child will create an individualized five-minute mindful morning routine that they can share with their family. Purchase the full four-week series and save!! Students may come on a drop-in basis.
