Join us on Thanksgiving Morning for a practice focused on grounding ourselves in gratitude.
This gentle slow flow and restorative practice will put you in the right state of mind to celebrate Thanksgiving with a focus on what's most important about this day--gratitude.
Gentle movement and mindfulness will prepare both the mind and the body to celebrate with family and friends from a place of calm openness and understanding allowing us to experience the joy of the holiday and reduce the stressors that accompany it.
