At Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness it is our main goal to help people feel better in their bodies and to foster the sense of mindfulness in a supportive community.
We believe yoga doesn’t have to be something intimidating, exotic or complicated. The essence of yoga boils down to the practice of being present in the moment. By practicing yoga poses and observing your breath, you can learn to pay attention to what’s going on right now rather than dwelling on the past or the future. Life’s richness lies here in the present and that’s something worth pursuing, even if it is sometimes challenging!
Through the use of yoga props, we help students learn how to modify traditional yoga poses meet the unique needs of their bodies.
Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

All of the Jai Dee team members believe strongly that yoga is more essential to wellbeing than ever. In order to bring our community a safe and healthy space to practice yoga, we are practicing the following protocols:

All persons are to wear masks at all times except when they are on the mat.

Mats are spaced out over six feet.

Students may take off masks when on their mats.

Hand sanitizer can be found on the front desk, in the bathroom, and on lobby shoe shelf; we ask you to sanitize liberally.

Pre-register to secure your spot. Due to socially-distancing between mats, we can only allow 8 students in to each class.

Jai Dee Yoga & Wellness offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. All-Levels Hatha Yoga
Beginner & Beyond Hatha Yoga is a hatha yoga class designed to guide clients new to yoga into the practice while allowing more seasoned practitioners to adjust the practice to suit their individual needs. Hatha Yoga uses postures called asanas and conscious breathing to develop awareness of the physical body, build strength and flexibility, restore and maintain the natural mobility of the joints and provide relaxation. Yoga props--blankets, blocks, and straps-- will be used to help students modify poses as needed.
Beginner Yoga
This is the perfect way to introduce or reconnect your mind, body, and spirit to the practice of yoga. This class provides an opportunity for those who are completely new to yoga or coming back to yoga to to reap yoga’s physical and mental benefits. This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to go slow and learn how to make the practice fit the needs of their unique body.
This class will give you a chance to learn or re-learn the importance of:
~conscious & balanced breathing
~balancing your energy
~learning alignment cues
~how to use yoga props to modify all poses for your unique needs.
Yin Yoga
Most forms of yoga are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular “yang” tissue. Yin Yoga safely works the other half of the body, the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints and fascial networks. Yin is a slower, more introspective practice, and a great compliment to any yang activity. This practice is open to all levels.
Beginner Yoga

Moving a bit faster now!! These two classes are rooted in Hatha Yoga but focus on flowing from pose-to-pose in with the breath. It's this union of breath and movement fosters a sense of being present in the moment.
Vinyasa classes will move faster than Slow Flow classes. Both practices will bring students into a meditation in motion.
Yoga Alliance accredited monthly trainings and immersive retreat will take you deeper into your yoga journey.
Starting August 2021
Yoga for Seniors
It’s never too late to enjoy the many health benefits of yoga!!!
This is a gentle yoga class designed especially for baby boomers and folks who live each day with chronic health issues.
Benefits include increased mobility and energy and less chronic pain, as well as improved balance and an overall sense of tranquility and well being.
Please join us in lighthearted camaraderie, in the absence of judgment or struggle. This class is donation only.
Vinyasa & Slow Flow
Moving a bit faster now!! These two classes are rooted in Hatha Yoga but focus on flowing from pose-to-pose in with the breath. It's this union of breath and movement fosters a sense of being present in the moment.
